18 July – 24 July 2026 · Underlying run-rate steady · SR600 first organic sale · RT310TX buy box softening
*Last week's revenue (£1,429.74) was inflated by a single trade bulk purchase of 11 SQ610 units (£714.89). Stripping that out, last week's underlying run-rate was £714.85 — this week's £739.81 is modestly ahead. Sessions hit a new project high of 838 (+12.9%) but CVR fell because higher-traffic, zero-buy-box SKUs (RT310RF, SQ610) absorb session share without converting. No PPC active — all revenue is organic.

W/E 22 May 2026 not reported. Underlying organic run-rate ex-bulk: ~£700–£950/week. W/E 17 Jul inflated by £714.89 SQ610 bulk purchase to Billingham trade buyer (11 units, 5 orders).
RT310TX at 62.26% buy box — slipped from Salus holds last week, likely Hanicks undercutting. SR600 at 25% BB generated its first sale but is converting poorly for its session count. Sessions for non-selling SKUs (RT310RF, SQ610) not shown here — see full range table.

†RT310: 21 fulfillable + 24 in afn-fc-transfer = 45 total. Stock is being transferred between fulfilment centres, not lost. • Habi IT850A (114u) and TRVMA (61u) are live and tracked separately — no Habi sales data in this period’s reports. • RT510RF-Plus: MAP breach worsened this week — Cheaper Heating and TEAM-SUPPLIES now at £39.93 (was £41.19).
The account buy box rate has eased to approximately 62% (18/29 SKUs), down 4pp from last week's 66%. The primary cause is RT310TX slipping from Salus holds to a contested 62.26% average — someone is undercutting on this SKU and it needs monitoring. The six MAP violations continue to suppress revenue across stocked SKUs: RT510LG5Vplus (20 units idle at -33.3%), RT520RF (99 units idle at -20.5%), and RT510RF-Plus (32 units idle, now worsened to -20.1%) represent the most urgent commercial losses. RT310RF alone generated an estimated 200+ sessions this week with 0% buy box.
24 Jul reading (~62%) estimated from inventory snapshot (18/29 SKUs). 19 Jul reading (66%) derived from Product List snapshot. Previous readings from 29 Jun–10 Jul estimated during account verification period.

Week in context. The headline revenue number (£739.81, -48.3% WoW) looks alarming but is a direct consequence of last week's one-off SQ610 bulk purchase inflating the prior-week figure to £1,429.74. Stripping that out, the underlying organic run-rate this week was actually slightly ahead of last week's ex-bulk equivalent (£714.85). More meaningfully, sessions reached a new project high of 838 — the account is gaining visibility. The problem is that high-traffic, zero-buy-box SKUs (RT310RF, SQ610, SQ610RF) are absorbing session share without converting, which suppresses the account-level CVR figure and masks what is in fact a healthy set of conversion rates on the SKUs Salus actually controls.
New this week. Two developments require immediate attention. First, RT310TX has slipped from Salus holds to a contested 62.26% buy box average — this was not flagged last week and suggests a competitor has entered the listing or adjusted pricing. Second, RT510RF-Plus has worsened: Cheaper Heating and TEAM-SUPPLIES are now at £39.93 (down from £41.19 last week), deepening the MAP breach to -20.1%. Both of these need action this week before they entrench. On the positive side, SR600 recorded its first organic sale (£49.99) and WBRT520TX continues to be the most consistent revenue driver on the account, placing 5 separate buyer orders across the week.
Going into next week. The commercial priority remains MAP enforcement. RT510LG5Vplus (-33.3%), RT520RF (-20.5%), and RT510RF-Plus (-20.1%, worsening) collectively have 151 idle FBA units that are earning nothing while competitors undercut. The EP210 image error is now in its fourth week and has crossed into Amazon.ie — this must be resolved before another unit ships. And the RT310 MAP confirmation from Salus (outstanding 4 weeks) is now blocking enforcement on a high-volume listing line and needs to close.
